摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP)测定皮革中六价铬的方法.使用国际通用的前处理方法制备皮革萃取液,然后用聚氯化铝(PAC)絮凝剂将萃取液中的三价铬沉淀分离后,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定溶液中的六价铬.本方法操作简单,线性范围在0.2~10mg/L,相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.9 mg/kg,回收率大于95%,准确性和精密度良好. A method was developed for the determination of chromium (Ⅵ) in leather by inductively coupled plasma (ICP). The leather extracted liquid was prepared by internationally accepted pretreatment process. Then the chromium (Ⅲ) was separated by flocculation precipitation with polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and the chromium (Ⅵ) in the liquid was tested by ICP. The results showed that the linear range for chromium was between 0.2 and 10 mg/L with linear coefficient 0.9999, the detection limit was 1.1 mg/kg and the recovery of chromium (Ⅵ) was above 95 %. The method had a simple pretreatment procedure and good accuracy and precision.
