均匀设计在印楝粗提物提取工艺研究中的应用

摘要 用均匀设计试验方法研究印楝粗提物的提取。选择石油醚Ⅰ萃取的用量和时间、甲醇萃取的用量和时间、乙酸乙酯萃取的用量和时间作为主要影响因子,以乙酸乙酯粗提物质量作为试验检测指标,通过国际通用统计软件SAS对试验结果进行分析,得出最佳提取工艺:石油醚Ⅰ萃取的用量80mL、时间348min,甲醇萃取的用量360mL、时间720min,乙酸乙酯萃取的用量110mL、时间20min。在此工艺条件下,20g印楝种仁得到印楝粗提物产品1.6041g,产品提取率为8.02%。 A uniform design method was adopted to study the extraction of the neem seed extracts from neera kernels. The volume and extraction time of the light petroleum, methanol and ethyl acetate were selected as the raain factors. The weight of the neem seed extract was used to evaluate the extracting efficiency. The results were analysed by using the program SAS, based on which the optimal extraction condition was determined: light petroleum 80 ml and the extraction time 348 min, methanol 360 ml and the extraction time 720 min, and ethyl acetate 110 ml and the extraction time 20 rain. Under this optimal condition 1.6041 g of neera seed extract was produced from 20 g of neera seed kernels, with an extraction rate being 8.02%.
