海口地区健康人群肌酐、尿素参考区间的建立 被引量:1

Reference intervals of CREA and UREA within healthy adult individuals in Haikou area

摘要 目的建立海口地区20~59岁健康人群CREA、UREA的参考区间。方法依据临床实验室标准化协会C28-A3和卫生部WS/T402-2012的文件,随机抽取海口市四个区中5 350名20~59岁体检人群,根据排除标准剔除不合格研究对象,入选的健康人群按性别、年龄进行分组分析,建立海口地区CREA、UREA的参考区间。结果海口地区20~59岁健康人群CREA的参考区间男性为73~132μmol/L,女性为56~108μmol/L;UREA参考区间男性为2.2~6.8 mmol/L,女性为1.8~6.2 mmol/L。CREA、UREA在20~59岁间各年龄段差异无统计学意义。结论本研究建立了海口地区20~59岁健康人群CREA、UREA的参考区间。 Objective To establish the reference intervals (RIs) for creatinine (CREA) and urea (UREA) in healthy adult individuals aged between 20 and 59 years old in Haikou area. Methods According to the recommenda- tions of CLSI C28-A3 document and WS/T 402-2012, 5 350 persons were recruited from four districts in Haikou by random sampling. Abnormal subjects were precluded on the basis of predefmed biochemical and clinical criteria. Pro- fessional statistical methods were applied to decide whether the RIs ought to be divided into gender and/or age groups or not. The RIs of CREA and UREA in Haikou area were established. Results RIs based on gender were established as CREA: 73-132 larnol/L for male and 56-108 lamol/L for female; UREA: 2.2~6.8 mmol/L for male and 1.8~6.2 mmol/L for female. No statistically significant differences were found among the RIs of CREA and UREA between different age groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion This study has established the RIs of CREA and UREA in healthy adult individu- als aged between 20 and 59 years old in Haikou area.
