摘要
目的探讨心理资本对精神科护理人员工作倦怠的影响。方法采用心理资本问卷(PCQ-24)、工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)对120名精神科护士进行调查,对两量表结果进行相关分析及多元回归分析。结果工作倦怠的3个维度和心理资本的4个维度均存在显著负相关(P<0.01)。希望和乐观对情绪衰竭有负向预测作用(β=-0.338,-0.452;P<0.001);乐观和希望对去个性化有负向预测作用(β=-0.546,-0.347;P<0.001);韧性、自我效能和乐观对个人成就感降低有负向预测作用(β=-0.388,-0.263;P<0.001;β=-0.278,P<0.05)。结论提升精神科护士的心理资本可减少其工作倦怠的发生。
Objective To explore the effects of psychological capital on job burnout of psychiatric nurses. Methods A total of 120 psychiatric nurses from center for mental disease control and prevention of third hospital of PLA were enrolled as research group. They were investigated with Psychological Capital Questionnaire - 24 ( PCQ - 24 ), Maslach Burnout Inventory - General Survey ( MBI - GS). Then, we carried out correlation and multivariate regression analysis in the results. Results The four dimensions of psychological capital were negatively correlated with three dimensions of job burnout of nurses(P 〈 0.01 ). Hope and optimism had negative prediction func- tions on emotional exhaustion(β = -0. 338,43. 452 ; P 〈 0.001 ) ; Hope and optimism had negative prediction functions on deindividuation (β = 43. 546 ,-0. 347 ;P 〈 0. 001 );Tenacity, self-efficacy and optimism had negative prediction functions on reducing personal accom- plishment(/3 = 43. 388,-0. 263 ;P 〈 0. 001 ;/3 = 43. 278,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Improving psychological capital can reduce job burnout for psychiatric nurses.
