曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗12个月后,观察组总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的83.72%;治疗6个月和12个月,2组比较发现,观察组LVEF、LVESVI、6min步行距离均明显优于对照组,且复发再次住院人次少于对照组。结论:曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭临床疗效确切,且可在不影响血流动力学基础上,有效改善心功能及心肌缺血,进一步保障患者生命质量,值得临床应用和推广。
