曲美他嗪治疗冠心病急性心力衰竭的疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察曲美他嗪治疗冠心病急性心力衰竭的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法对到我院就诊的急性心力衰竭患者采用曲美他嗪治疗,所有患者服用曲美他嗪(万爽力),20mg,3次/d。3、6个月时对患者心功能进行评级。结果 3个月时患者显效11例,有效30例,无效3例,总有效率93.18%。6个月时显效15例,有效28例,无效1例,总有效率97.73%。结论曲美他嗪治疗冠心病急性心力衰竭疗效可靠,值得推广。
