苏州与宜兰两所医院护理人员执业环境感受的比较研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的比较苏州与宜兰两所医院护理人员对执业环境的感受,为改善护理人员执业环境提供科学依据。方法采用护理人员执业环境感受问卷,对苏州大学附属第一医院(简称苏大一院)(711名)和中国台湾省宜兰罗东县博爱医院(简称罗东医院)(529名)共1409名护理人员进行执业环境满意度调查。结果苏大一院护理人员对执业环境的总体满意度为(118.12±26.67)分,低于罗东医院护理人员[(132.72±3.76)分],其中两所医院护理人员均对社会支持和继续教育满意度较高,对工资福利满意度最低。结论苏州与宜兰两所医院护理人员对执业环境的感受既相似又有差异。护理管理者应采取有效的干预策略,为护理人员创造正向的执业环境,提高护理人员工作满意度。 Objective To compare the perceptions of working environment among nurses in Suzhou city and Ilan county,and to provide basis for the improvement of nurses' working environment. Methods Totally 1409 nurses including 711 nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University and 529 nurses from Lotung Poh-Ai Hospital in Ilan county were investigated with Nursing Working Environment Scale. Results The score of working environment satisfaction of nurses working in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University(liB.12+26.67) was significantly lower than that of nurses working in Lotung Poh-Ai Hospital(132.72+3.76). Nurses in both hospitals showed high satisfaction with social support and continuing education,but the lowest satisfaction with salary and wel- fare. Conclusion There are similarities and differences between the perceptions of working environment between nurses working in hospitals in Suzhou and Ilan. Nursing administrators should take effective actions to create a positive working environment and improve the nurse's job satisfaction.
