摘要
本文报导了地方性克汀病人的智力状态,并与非病区及病区正常儿童进行了比较。克汀病人的年龄为7岁零10月至26岁零2个月,智龄均小于或等于6岁。三年追踪研究,发现98.8％的病例IQ<69,随年龄增长智龄有缓慢上升,但达到一定程度后则处于停滞状态,而且不同程度克汀病人智龄上升速度不同,年龄越大,智力落后越明显;智力障碍的特征是:方位观念、数概念、一般推理能力、知觉的灵敏性、抽象推理能力、数序知觉、记忆能力和学习能力,均明显落后于正常。
In this paper we have reviewed the intelligence state of the cases of endemic cretinism and have compared these cases with the normal children in disease area as well as with the ones in non-disease area. These cases are from 7 and10/12 to 26 and 2/12 years old, all their intelligence age equal 6 years or below. Our lasting 3 years study shows that the IQ of all the cases are under 69. Although the intelligence age rises up slowly with the year in and out, it levels off to a certain degree. Moreover, samples in varying degrees have different rising speed, the acute rises by an average of 0.08 year a year only. The older the patient, the obviously less developed intelligence of them. The characteristic of the intelligence hindrance of them appears in tne sense of direction, the concept of number, the ability of general reasoning, the sensibility of conciousness, the ability of abstract reasoning, the awareness of the sequence of number, the faculty of memory and the ability of learning. It is evident tha all above fall behind the average.
