摘要
马氏体时效钢是指以无碳或微碳的铁镍马氏体为基体,时效时能产生金属间化合物以进行沉淀硬化的超高强度钢。回顾了马氏体时效钢的发展历程,通过论述马氏体时效钢中各合金元素的作用讨论了其合金化的特点,结合马氏体时效钢的性能特点,介绍了其应用现状。此外,重点阐述了马氏体时效钢的氢脆敏感性问题,并对其未来的发展提出展望。
Maraging steel is a kind of ultra-high-strength steel which has non carbon or low-carbon iron-nickel martensite matrix and is age-hardened via intermetallic compound. The course of development of maraging steel was reviewed by discussing each of alloying elements of this material, and its alloying characteristics was discussed through combining the performance characteristics of maraging steel. Its application status was introduced. Be sides, the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of maraging steel was expatiated indetailedly, and the future development prospect of this material was also discussed.
