摘要 本文系统研究了六种不同热处理工艺对65Cr5Mo3W2VSiTi钢残留奥氏体数量、形态、分布及其回火稳定性的影响,探讨了残留奥氏体对钢在不同组织状态下的强度、韧性、疲劳裂纹扩展速率和冲击疲劳寿命的影响及变化规率,得出了高碳高合金冷作模具钢淬硬组织中存在有一定数量和形态良好的稳定性较高的残留奥氏体可以改善其强韧性配合和提高疲劳抗力的结论. The influence of varied heat treatment techniques on amount, morpholop, distribution andits stability of retained austenite in steel 65Cr5Mo3W2VSiTi were dealed with. Deermination werecarried out on strength,toughness,fatigue crack propagation rate and life Of impact fatigue under various conditions of micrcotructure,upo which the influence of retained austenite and changing ruleswere abc discussed. Conclusion were obtained that some better morphology and higher stability retamed austenite to a certain amount in hardened high carbon high alloys cold working die steels willimprove the combination of its strength and toughness and enhance its fatigue resistibility.
