摘要
目的：探讨针灸联合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：240例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为针灸组和牵引组各120例，针灸组采用针灸联合中药外敷治疗，牵引组应用牵引联合中药外敷，2周后观察两组临床疗效。结果：针灸组总有效率为93.3%，显著高于牵引组的81.7%（P〈0.05）；治疗后针灸组VAS及McGill-Melzack评分均明显低于牵引组（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸联合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症可明显缓解疼痛，减轻临床症状。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation for lumbar disc herniation. Methods：240 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group （120 cases） and traction group （120 cases）, the acupuncture group treated by acupuncture combined with herbal fomentation, while traction group by traction combined with herbal fomentation, then observed the effi-cacy after 2 weeks. Results：The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 93.3%, which was higher than 81.7%that of traction group （P〈0.05）;after treatment, the VAS and McGill-Melzack scores of acupuncture group were both lower than those of traction group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acu-puncture combined with herbal fomentation can effectively relieve pain and reduce the symptoms of lumbar disc herniation.
