摘要
目的:观察三维正脊结合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将125例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,Ⅰ组(65例)采用三维正脊结合中药外敷治疗,Ⅱ组(60例)采用三维正脊治疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:两组疗效比较,Ⅰ组疗效优于Ⅱ组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=11.820 0,P=0.006)。结论:三维正脊结合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效好,值得在基层医院推广。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of the treatment on lumbar disc herniation by three -dimension manipulation com- bined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods ： 125 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 2 groups. 65 cases in group Ⅰ were administrated with three - dimension manipulation combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine, while the others in group Ⅱ were administrated with three-dimension manipulation only. The clinical effects were observed. Results：Curative effect of groupIwas better than that of groupⅡ. There was statistical difference between the 2 groups （X^2 = 11. 820 0, P = 0.006）. Conclusion：The method of three-dimension manipulation combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine performs well on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and it is worth popularizing among basic hospitals.
