摘要 本文采用绘人测验方法筛查氟铝联合中毒病区196名6岁半~12岁儿童的智能发育情况,并与非病区同龄儿童进行比较,发现病区各年龄组儿童的平均智商均较非病区同龄组低,除≤7岁组外,其余各年龄组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示氟和铝的过量摄入早期即可影响脑的发育,导致病区儿童智力发育迟缓。 The measurement of intelligence by drawing has been used to estimente the intelligence development of 6.5 to 12-year-old children in an endemic area of Al-F combined foxicosis. 1Q were 80.72, 77.17, 71.80, 71.76, 69.28, 70.00, in ≤7,8,9,10,11 and 12-year-old groups, respectively. The mean IQ was lower in all age groups except ≤7-year-old group, when endemic compared with that of the sameaged children in the non-area. Therefor, it can be concluded that: taking excessive amount of fluorine and aluminium may influence the development of the brain during the early period of the development so that the intelligence of the children in the endemic areas is retarded.
