摘要
采集氟铝联合中毒病区和非病区2~14岁的儿童、少年共68例的血和尿,分别作9和10种微量元素分析。结果表明病区患者血Al、尿F、Al含量增加,骨软化病人尿钙明显增加,患者与对照组比较,各元素的相关关系发生明显变化,提示氟铝联合中毒患者所表现出的骨软化畸形不只是由于单纯的F、Al增加所致,而是与其它各元素之间的平衡失调有一定关系。
Sixty eight samples of blood and urine of juveniles and children (2 to 14 years old) were collected from an endemic area of F-Al combined toxicosis and a non-endemic area (as a control). Nine kinds of trace elements for the blood and ten kinds for the urine were determined, respectively. The contents of the blood Al, urine F and Al were increased in the patients from the endemic area and also the urine Ca markedly increased in osteomalacia patients. The data were statistically analysed. The results showed that there was a linear correlation among the elements, and significant changes were found between the patients and the controls. This suggested that osteomalacia malformation patients with F-Al combined toxicosis are not only caused by the increase of F and Al contents, but also imbalance between other elements.
