摘要
本研究结果表明:地方性砷氟联合中毒病区雷诺氏症象检出率明显高于单纯氟中毒病区和对照区;居民甲皱微循环有异常改变;甲皱及耳皮温降低;指端冷水复温时间延长;血压值增高;血管阻力增加;血流速度下降;微血管充盈差,灌流量下降,表现为较明显的微血管痉挛倾向和末梢微循环障碍。单纯氟中毒病区居民电有末梢微循环的改变,但程度轻微。
An investigation was conducted to determine the influence of drinking well water with high level of arsenic and fluoride on micro-circulation of the extremities in Kuitun, Xinjiang -during 1986-1988. The results showed that there was an obvious entanglement on the extremity micro-circulation of the residents in endemic areas of arsenic-fluoride poisoning. The rate of Raynaud's disease (71 / 233) was higher than that in area of simple fluorosis (137 177) and the control (7/151). Micro-circulation in nail wrinkle was abnormally changed. The temperature of the skin was lower than that of other two areas (P < 0.05); The time of skin temperature returning to the normal after being cooled was prolonged, and blood presure raised. Clinical examination showed that the resistance of blood vessels was increased; The speed of blood flow of the extremities was slow. Blood flow of the extremities was less plentful, which indicated the obvious tendency of spasm of the capillaries and entanglement of microcirculation. The residents of simple fluorosis area had also abnormal change in extremity micro-circulation, but it was mild.
