摘要
从HepA小鼠和S180小鼠腹水液中分离提取抑癌因子,对其抑癌活性进行了观察。证明:经乙醇迥流、无水乙醇抽提、Sphadex G25分离后215nm第一峰即有明显的杀伤癌细胞的作用,且有交叉效应,即一种癌腹水制品对两种癌细胞均有杀伤作用。
A cancer-suppressive factor (CSF) was purified from the aseites of hepatoma and sarcoma 180-bearing mice. lts cancer-suppressive activity was investigated. The results showed that above-mentioned CSF acted as the killing of cancer eells both the hemogeneous and heterogeneous in the same potency, and its cancer-suppressive activity was increased following increase in concentration of the Sephadex-25 products. While the concentration of the SephadexG25 product from the aseites of hepatoma reached to 200μg per milliliter, the mortality of cancer cells was at 91 to 94 per cent for both the hemogeneous and hetero-geneous within 24 hours, and that of the product from the aseites of sarcoma 180-bearing mice reached to 200μg per milliliter, the percentage was in 81 to 84, comparatively.
