摘要
目的 :为股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗研究建立动物模型。方法 :用液氮将股骨头冷冻坏死 ,术后定期拍X线片 ,并取股骨头行组织切片了解股骨头坏死情况。结果 :术后 3d切片见股骨头完全坏死 ,术后半月见股骨头自股骨颈开始修复 ,术后 1月X线片见股骨头密度增高。结论
Objective: The aim of this experiment is to establish the animal model for the study of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Method:The femoral head of the rabbit was frozen by liquid nitrogen.X ray and histology examination were made periodically after operation to evaluate ostecnecrosis and the subsequent repair.Result:Total necrosis of the femoral head was confirmed by histology.Appositional new bone on preexisting dead trabeculae was found half a month after operation.Radiographic evidence showed that bone remodeling occurred two months after operation.Conclusion We successfully produced the animal model of avascular necrosis of the femoral head in rabbits.
