宫颈病变的筛查方法在临床诊断中的价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 现代宫颈病变的筛查目标已从传统意义上的宫颈癌转变为早期检出高级别的宫颈癌前病变并进行阻断性治疗.宫颈细胞学加人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测及阴道镜多点活检的诊疗程序是筛查宫颈病变的原则.现对我所在妇女病普查中行液基细胞学(TCT)检查的5 840例,筛查出结果是不典型鳞状上皮(ASC)以上异常病例328例患者进行HPV检测,对162例HPV感染者在阴道镜下取宫颈活体组织检查,组织病理学报告为宫颈上皮内瘤样变高级别(CINⅡ或CINⅢ)的患者行宫颈锥体切除术,术后再做组织病理学检查.现将宫颈病变诊断方法结果进行回顾性分析.
