摘要
目的 :通过动物实验比较托吡酯 (妥泰 )与传统抗痫药的抗痫作用。方法比较观察三种剂量的托吡酯与 1～ 2种传统抗痫药对最大电休克发作试验 ,戊四唑发作阈值试验 ,印防已毒素发作试验 ,士的宁发作试验的作用。结果 :大中剂量的托吡酯对最大电休克发作试验、戊四唑发作阈值试验、印防已毒素发作试验有效 ,但效果不如传统药物。结论 :托吡酯是一种作用广泛的抗痫新药 ,但作为单独用药或首选用药还需临床进一步论证。
Objective:To compare the antiepileptic effects of Topiramate and traditional antiepileptic drugs by experiment with animals. Method Observe and compare Topiramate of three kinds of doses with 1-2kinds of traditional antiepileptic drugs and their effects on manimal eletroshock seizure test,Metrazol seizure threshold test , Picrotoxin seizure test and Strychine seizure test . Result largeand medium doses of Topiramate were effective , but not so effective as traditional antiepileptic drugs.Therefore, whether it can be used alone or as the first choice needs further clinical proof. [
