摘要 指出制粉系统运行的优劣将直接影响锅炉运行的安全性和经济性。针对某电厂配双进双出钢球磨煤机直吹式制粉系统运行中存在锅炉带不到额定负荷、锅炉飞灰和炉渣含碳量偏高等问题,对制粉系统进行了优化调整。优化调整后上述问题基本得到解决,锅炉的运行特性也得到了明显改善。 The safe and economic operation of boiler is directly influenced by coal pulverizing system. There are some problems for the operation of double-inlet & double-outlet steel-ball mill direct-firing pulverizing system, such as a lower load than the rated one and the higher carbon content in fly-ash and slag. A research on optimum operation of coal pulverizing system has been done, and after the optimization the problems have been basically solved. The operation characteristics of the boiler have been significantly improved.
