摘要
汽车空调压缩机支架的设计合理与否,直接影响空调的使用性能。因此,在设计阶段对空调压缩机支架的性能分析尤为重要。论文通过对支架进行模态及动刚度分析,验证该支架在指定工况下结构的合理性,并为支架的优化设计提供依据。
The reasonable or not design of the automotive air conditioner-compressor bracket directly affects the use performance of the air conditioner. Therefore, the analysis on the air conditioner-compressor's bracket properties is very important during the design stage. Through the mode and dynamic stiffness analysis, the authors verify the structure of the bracket is rationality under the specified condition, and provide a basis for optional design.
