摘要
在当今竞争激烈的市场竞争下,提高顾客满意度、获取顾客忠诚成为物流企业生存和发展的关键,根据第三方物流企业的特点,在分析ACSI模型并借鉴其他学者研究成果的基础上,尝试建立第三方物流企业顾客满意度测评指标体系,并运用层次分析法对第三方物流企业顾客满意度进行分析。
In this paper, in accordance with the characteristics of the third party logistics enterprises and on the basis of an analysis of the ACSI model and the findings of other scholars, we attempted to build the customer satisfaction assessment index system of the third party logistics enterprises and then used the AHP to analyze the customer satisfaction of the third party logistics enterprises.
