摘要
分析了中小型物流企业绩效管理的目标,提出了绩效管理循环的设计理念,从指标体系、组织保障和运营流程等三个方面为绩效管理体系的设计提供了具体可行的参考办法。
In this paper, we analyzed the objectives in the performance management of the small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises, proposed the line of thinking in the design of the performance management cycle, and at last, on the aspects of index system, organizational support and operational process, proposed some specific and feasible methods for reference.
