摘要
广州铁路(集团)公司旅客列车正点率是客流营销上量和旅客服务质量的主要影响因素。通过对旅客列车晚点原因的分析,在思想意识、人员素质、设备质量、运输组织等方面提出有针对性措施,即强化旅客列车正点意识,优化调度指挥,加强施工组织、司机操作培训及应急演练,提高设备检修质量,完善分析考核,合理确定作业时间标准。
The passenger train punctuality of Guangzhou Railway (Group) Corporation is the main influence factor of its volume of passenger flow marketing and passenger service quality. Through analyzing the cause of passenger train delay, this paper puts forward targeted measures on ideology, personnel performance, equipment quality and transport organization. The measures including: strengthening punctuality ideology of passenger trains, optimizing traffic control, enhancing construction organization, driver operation training and emergency drills, increasing equipment maintenance quality, improving analysis and examination and reasonably determining the standard of operation time.
