摘要
随着我国铁路的快速发展,越来越多的人们选择铁路作为旅行的主要交通工具,铁路运输的安全与正点日益成为社会关注的热点。从技术设备、运输组织方面分析旅客列车晚点的主要原因,根据目前的技术设备及运输组织方式,有针对性地提出提高旅客列车正点率的措施,即增加设备投入、加强行车设备的维修与保养、加强站车客运组织力度、加强调度调整的科学性、严格施工管理和组织等。
Following with fast development of Chinese railways, more and more people select railway as main traffic mode of travel, and the safety and punctuality of railway transportation becoming focus of social attention. This paper, from aspects of technical equipment and transport organization, analyzes the main reasons of passenger train delayed, and according to current technical equipment and transport organization mode, the paper pertinently proposes measures of increasing punctuality of passenger trains, such as increasing equipment investment, strengthening repair and maintenance of train operation equipments, enhancing passenger transport organization degree of stations and trains, strengthening scientificalness of traffic control adjustment as well as rigorously enforcing construction management and organization.
