摘要
通过对福建省肿瘤医院2009~2012年出院患者调查中134例不满意病例的调查,分析不满意度与有效沟通、总费用、治愈好转率、服务态度的关系,以及死亡病例对肿瘤医院患者满意度的影响,提出对策与建议。
Through the questionnaire surveys of 134 cases dissatisfied patients discharged from Fujian provincial cancer hospital from 2009-2012,the relationship of dissatisfaction with effective communication, the total cost ,healing rate and the attitude of service, as well as influence of the death cases was analyzed, and some recommendations are suggested.
