摘要
文章介绍了国内外医院实行主诊医师负责制以来积攒的管理经验与模式,阐述了四川大学华西医院在该模式上的创新及其对医院学科建设、运营效率、医疗服务、个人成长、质量安全等方面的积极作用,并对主诊医师负责制的未来发展方向与挑战进行了探讨。
The management experience and modes of attending - in - charge utilized at home and abroad were summarized. We introduced the innovation of attending - in - charge in West China Hospital, Sichuan University, and identified its positive effect in discipline construction, operational efficiency, medical service, individual growth and quality control. The future development and challenges were also discussed.
