摘要
针对注塑机在国内外塑料制品行业的广泛应用,分析了无阀液压系统在注塑机中的节能应用。无阀液压系统也叫直驱式液压系统,即用调速电机直接驱动液压泵,实现对液压系统的控制。这是一种全局性的新型液压调速方式,采用变频器、异步电机、定量泵/变量泵的形式,省去复杂的变排量机构,通过改变电机的供电频率来调节电机转速,从而实现液压系统的流量调节,进而实现对液压系统的控制。其最重要的特点就是使用交流调速电机代替传统的伺服阀,集成了液压系统和交流调速系统的优点,更加环保、省油。
Aimed at widely used of injection molding machine in industry of plastic products,the en-ergy-saving application of the valve-less hydraulic system in injection molding machine is analyzed. The valve-less hydraulic system is also called driver volume control system,which is a hydraulic system that pump is directly driven by speed variable electromotor to control the hydraulic system. This is a new type hydraulic speed governor with frequency converter,asynchronous motor,fixed displacement pump or variable capacity pump. The most features of the hydraulic speed governor are to use alternating current machine instead of servo valve and combine the benefits of both hydraulic system and AC variable speed system and more environmentally friendly and economic.
