摘要
介绍了新型杀菌剂——固体二氧化氯的特性和杀菌原理，探讨了在食品包装工业中广泛应用的优势以及必须解决的问题。
The characteristic and fundamentals of new type of sterilization and preserving firesshness－ solid chlorine dioxide is proposed. Discussion on the superiority of wide application on food packing industry and problems have to be solved.
