摘要
上海市公共卫生临床中心通过开设云南省传染病医师高级研修班,采用小班化管理,实行导师负责制,制定个性化的培训方案,采取多元化教学手段,对前来进修云南省基层传染病医师专业理论、临床思维和科研能力的再提高起到了积极促进作用。但仍需进一步发挥学科优势,调整课程的设置,不断改进培养方式方法,建立适宜的导师遴选制度,进一步开展科研协作,以满足传染病卫生事业发展的需要。
Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center enhance and promote the basic professional theory, clinical thinking ability and researeh a- bility among infectious diseases doctors from Yunnan Province through the infectious diseases physicians senior training course of Yunnan Province by using the tools of simplified class managing, tutor system, personal development training plan and diversified teaching methods. But it is still neces- saly to satisfy the needs of infectious disease health developing trend by developing the measures such as exerting subject advantages, adjusting the curriculum options, improving training methods, establishing suitable supervisors＇selection system.
