摘要
进修学习是基层医院医师接受继续教育重要途径,本文分析进修医师的特点,总结分析作者在普外科进修医师带教中的体会,强调因材施教,注重基础知识和专业技能培养。
Receiving training is an important method to get ongoing education for Medical advanced students in basic level hospital. We analyzed the characteristics of advanced students coming from basic level hospital, summarized our experience in training these general surgeons,emphasized the importance of giving different education to each individual doctors and stressed on both the basic medical knowledge and special skills.
