射频消融术治疗子宫肌瘤疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究射频消融术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果、不良反应、并发症及其防治。方法对392例子宫肌瘤患者采用射频消融术治疗,所有病例治疗前及治疗后进行妇科检查和盆腔彩超检查,观察术后子宫和肌瘤缩小情况,并记录不良反应和并发症的发生及处理情况。结果治疗后6个月总有效率为95.92%,带蒂黏膜下肌瘤治愈率100%,剔除该组病例后治愈率53.20%,所有病例术后均有阴道流液及少量出血,术后低热和下腹痛发生率为65.31%,术后并发感染致子宫穿孔行子宫切除1例。结论射频消融术治疗子宫肌瘤效果良好,严格掌握适应证、提高手术技巧、加强术后观察处理是提高临床治愈率、减少术后不良反应及并发症的重要因素。
