摘要
1例61岁女性患者在连续静滴丹参川芎嗪注射液第4天时出现全身酸痛不适,继而出现上腹部胀痛,恶心、呕吐、烦躁,测血氧饱和度75%,随后出现意识烦躁,查体不能配合,血压、氧饱和度测不出。立即停用丹参川芎嗪注射液,并给相应处理,患者症状好转,自动出院。
A 61-year-old female patient complained of sore and aching all over the body after 4 days of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection administration. Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, irritability then appeared, and blood oxygen saturation measurement dropped to 75%. Later the patient could not cooperate with physical examination and blood pressure and oxygen saturation could not be measured. Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection was stopped immediately, and corresponding treatments were given. Patient＇s symptoms resolved, and was discharged from hospital.
