摘要
大庆石化分公司炼油厂 2 6 0kt/a高压加氢裂化装置首次采用抚顺石油化工研究院开发的F44 0 2B加氢裂化催化剂进行了工业应用试验。试验结果表明 ,该催化剂具有较高的加氢脱氮和异构裂化能力及中间馏分油选择性 ,以大庆常三线和减一线混合油为原料 ,石脑油馏分、中间馏分油和大于 35 0℃尾油的产率分别为 17.1%、71.0 %和 11.1% ,能大量生产十六烷值为 5 9.8、凝点为 - 41℃的 - 35号低凝柴油组分和十六烷值为 76 .3、凝点为 - 1℃的 0号柴油组分 。
A hydrocracking catalyst F4402B developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical was tested in the 260 kt/a high pressure hydrocracking unit at The Refinery of Daqing Petrochemical Company. The test run showed that the catalyst possessed good denitogenation and isomerization abilities as well as high middle distillate selectivity. The product yields of naphtha, middle distillate and unconverted oil were 17.1%, 71.0% and 11.1% respectively from the mixture of the 3rd side cut of atmospheric column and the 1st vacuum cut of Daqing crude. The freezing point of the -35# diesel fuel component was -41 ℃ and its cetane number was 59.8. The freezing point of the 0# diesel fuel was -1 ℃and its cetane number was 76.3. The naphtha and the unconverted oil can be used as reforming feed and pyrolysis feed respectively.
