摘要
针对无定形加氢裂化催化剂生产低凝柴油活性较低的情况,在无定形催化剂中引入专有技术制备的特种改性分子筛,研制出了以无定形硅铝和改性分子筛为裂化组分,以金属钨镍为加氢组分的FC-14高活性多产柴油单段加氢裂化催化剂,经小型加氢试验装置的评价,其中间馏分油的选择性不低于无定形催化剂;而在相同条件下,活性明显提高,反应温度可降低12℃左右;中间馏分油的产品质量也得到较大改善。
Special prepared modified molecular sieve was led into low activity amorphous silica alumina hydrocracking catalyst to produce more diesel fuel. A single-stage hydrocracking catalyst FC-14 with high activity for producing more diesel fuel was prepared by using the said modified molecular sieve as cracking component and nickel-tungsten as hydrogenation component. In comparison with the amorphous catalyst, the middle distillate selectivity was not lower, and the activity was obviously enhanced. The reaction temperature of catalyst FC-14 was decreased by about 12℃ at the same conditions, and the quality of middle distillate was also improved.
