摘要
鉴于提高原油加热炉燃烧器的燃烧效率对油田节能降耗有着重要的经济意义 ,开发了新型内混式气动旋流雾化原油燃烧器喷嘴。为了评定喷嘴的雾化特性 ,在不同雾化压力下 ,应用可适性相位多普勒激光测速仪 (APV系统 )对喷嘴雾化场进行了实验研究。结果表明 ,在气液质量比小于 0 1、雾化压力 0 4MPa时 ,雾化液滴的索太尔平均直径小于 2 4 μm ,粒径分布较均匀 ;在雾化场中 ,沿半径方向浓度呈钟形分布 ,可明显改进喷嘴的燃烧性能。与其它气动雾化喷嘴相比 ,这种喷嘴需要的雾化气量小 。
Since it is of great importance to improve the combustion efficiency of crude furnace bunier, a spinmng air atomizing spray nozzle is developed To evaluate the atomizing properties of the nozzle, an experimental researeh is performed under different operating pressiJres by means of the Adaptive Phase/Doppler Velocinieter The result of the experiment shows that the spray nozzle perfonns satisfaCtorily When the air pressiire is 0 4 MPa, the Sauter mean diameter becomes less than 24 u m with the mass ratio of atomizing air to oil less than 0 l hi the spraying cone, the size of the droplets distributes evenly through the radial sections, and the concentration keeps bell-profile aiong the redial direction, thereby the combustion propeines of the bunier is improved greatly With snialler atomizing air flow rate compared to that of other nozzles, this spray nozzle is particularly suitable to being fixed on furnaces used in marginal ofl fields
