摘要
水力旋流器是国外近年研制成功的可用于油田油、水混合物分离的一种新型设备，主要由入口段、收缩段、分离段和出口段组成、按其处理对象分有预分离水力旋流器、脱水型水力旋流器和脱油型水力旋流器三种类型。与油田现用的分离设备相比，水力旋流器具有分离效率高、流量调节范围宽、体积小、重量轻、投资少等优点。研究表明，这三种类型的水力旋流器完全可以替代油田现用的沉降分离设备、脱水设备以及污水处理设备，并可实现橇装化，故在油田集输系统中具有很广阔的应用前景。
Compared with separators on use today the hydraulic cyclone is high in efficiency,wide in adjusting range,small in size and save in investement. Study shows that hydraulic cyclone can completely replaces the settlingaiseparating, dehydration and sewage treating devices and it is easy to realize skid-mounted.
