苯妥英钠与灵芝孢子粉联合用药治疗癫痫大鼠的实验研究 被引量:4

Curative Effect of Phenytoin Sodium Combined with Ganoderma Lucidum Spores Powder in the Treatment of Epileptic Rats

摘要 目的探讨苯妥英钠与灵芝孢子粉联合应用治疗癫痫的疗效。方法用50只Wistar雄性大鼠进行实验,采用戊四氮致癫痫持续状态大鼠模型,以行为学观察方法分析药物对癫痫大鼠行为的影响,以脑电图检测方法研究脑电波的变化,以石蜡切片HE染色方法观察海马形态学结构的改变。结果苯妥英钠联合灵芝孢子粉组能有效降低癫痫发作级别、减少癫痫发作次数及发作持续时间,可显著降低痫波的发放频率及波幅,并能减轻癫痫造成的海马损伤,与模型组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组对上述指标的影响明显优于单纯应用苯妥英钠组或灵芝孢子粉组(P<0.05)。结论苯妥英钠与灵芝孢子粉联合用药比单一用药疗效更佳,提示两种药品联合应用对癫痫具有良好的协同治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the curative effect ofphenytoin sodium combined with ganoderma lucidum spores powder in the treatment of epilepsy. Methods 50 male Wistar rats were used in the experiment, and 40 of those were induced into status epilepticus models with pentrazole. To observe the curative effect, rats were evaluated via the changes of behavior, EEG recording and hippocampal histology. Results It was clear that combined application of phenytoin sodium and ganoderma lucidum spores powder could not only reduce the level of epileptic seizure, reduce the frequency of seizure, shorten the duration, lower the frequency and amplitude of epileptic wave, but also could obviously alleviate the hippocampal damage caused by epilepsy. There were significant differences between the combined application group and the model group (P 〈0.05). By analyzing the indicators above, it was obvious that the combined application had clearly better curative effect than the single use of phenytoin sodium or ganoderma lucidum spores powder (P 〈0.05). Conclusions The research shows that combined application is better than single drug intervention. Generally, combined application of phenytoin sodium and ganoderma lucidum spores powder has a synergistic effect in the treatment of epilepsy.
