摘要
采用直接烧结法制备了Caβ^(?)-Al_2O_3固体电解质。为了与用离子交换法从Naβ^(?)-Al_2O_3得到的Caβ^(?)-Al_2O_3比较,采用交流阻抗谱图法测定了576—1028K的离子电导率及电导活化能;用Wagner非对称极化技术测定了834—920K的电子电导及电导活化能。最后由所测数据计算了离子迁移数。 实验结果表明,直接合成的多晶Caβ^(?)-Al_2O_3,同用离子交换法制成的多晶Caβ^(?)-Al_2O_3一样,具有优良的性能。本测量结果为多晶Caβ^(?)-Al_2O_3的应用提供了必要的数据。
Solid electrolyte calcium β″-alumina was successfully prepared through direct sinter-ing process. In order to compare the electrical properties of the solid electrolyte cal-cium β″-alumina prepared through direct sintering process with those prepared throughion exchange from solid electrolyte calcium β″-alumina, the ion conductivity and theactivation energy of conductivity among 576—1028K were studied by means of AC impe-dance spectrogram,then the electron conductivity and the activation energy were measured by Wagner asymmetric polarization technique. Finally, the ion transport number wasdetermined from the data measured.It follows from the experimental results that the kind of polycrystalline calcium β″-alumina directly synthesized possesses as excellent properties as prepared by ion exchange. The experimental results provide data necessary for the use of polycrystalline calciumβ″-alumina.
