摘要
本文探讨了ZnO导电陶瓷的微观结构与导电机理。发现其具有不同于ZnO压敏电阻和ZnO线性电阻的特殊的微观结构。该导电陶瓷是由大的并带有针状的晶粒及小的粒状晶粒组成。针状晶粒体积较大(15~20μm),它们在烧结体内相互连接,形成一个连续的整体而贯穿烧结体始终。本文还介绍了该导电陶瓷的特点。该导电陶瓷室温电阻率可达到0.068Ωcm,室温下就能导电,工作时无需预热。
The microstructure and conductive mechanism of ZnO conductive.ceramics are discussed in this paper.It is found that the microstructure of the ceramics is different from that of ZnO varistors and ZnO linear resistors.It is composed of large needle grains and small granular grains.The large grains(15~20μm)connect with each other to form a continuous notwork and pass through the whole ceramics.The resistivity at room temperature of the ceramics can be as low as 0.068Ω·cm,so that the ceramics can be conductive at room temperature without preheat during operation.
