摘要
目的分析罗平县高血压疾病的患病现状及经济负担.方法对罗平县12个乡镇的每个乡镇采用按比例概率抽样法(PPS),抽取当地18岁及以上常住农村居民进行问卷调查和体检.结果罗平县高血压患病率为15.2%(其中男性为15.2%,女性为15.1%).高血压人均直接、间接和无形经济负担分别为9 207.46元、1 230.67元和10 220.69元,总的疾病经济负担为1 758.48百万元.高血压患者人均疾病经济负担中以无形经济负担为主,男性患者的人均疾病经济负担高于女性患者(P<0.01).结论高血压患者给罗平县造成了一定的经济负担,应当采取有效措施降低高血压患者的经济负担.
Objective To investigate the prevalence and economic burden of hypertension in Luo Ping County of Yunnan Province. Methods Probability proportional to size （PPS） sampling method was used to select representative samples from Luo Ping County. A total of 4611 residents aged 18 years and over received questionnaire interview and physical examinations. Results In the study population, the overall prevalence of hypertension was 15.2% （15.2% for males, 15.1% for females） . The mean unit direct, indirect and intangible economic burden of hypertension was 9207.46 Yuan, 1230.67Yuan, and 10220.69 Yuan, respectively.The total economic burden of hypertension was estimated to be 1758.48 million Yuan. Intangible costs were the main component of economic burden of hypertension. Males had higher mean unit economic burden of hypertension than females （P〈0.01） Conclusion Hypertension inflicts a considerable economic burden upon society in Luoping county of Yunnan province, and effective measures are needed to reduce the economic burden of hypertension.
