摘要
目的分析影响乌鲁木齐市(乌市)团体无偿献血者再次献血行为的各种相关因素。方法采用自行设计的《干预问卷调查表》,调查2011年8月乌市团体无偿献血(已献血)者801人,调查内容包括一般人口学特征、献血知识了解情况、献血动机、献血过程感受、献血意愿等,对调查所获数据logistic多因素回归分析。结果乌市团体无偿献血者的再次献血率为27.22%(218/801),影响团体无偿献血者再次献血的因素依次为性别、文化程度、干预方式、献血知识了解情况、献血意愿。结论了解影响团体无偿献血者再次献血行为相关因素,采取有针对性的干预措施,对于招募、保留团体无偿献血者大有助益。
Objective To analyze various relevant factors of voluntary group blood donors＇ second-time blood donating behavior in Urumqi City. Methods Adopting self-designed ＂intervention questionnaire form＂ to make a survey of 801 Uru-mqi voluntary group blood donors （blood donated） in August,2011. The content of this survey includes general demographic characteristics, blood-donation knowledge situation, blood-donation motivation ,feelings in the process of blood donation, will of blood donation, etc, and carrying out the logistic multi-factor regression analysis of the data obtained from this survey. Results The second-time blood-donating rate of Urumqi voluntary group blood donors was 27.22% （218/801） ,and the factors in sequence that influence the second-time blood donation of the unpaid group blood donors were gender, degree of education, means of intervention, blood-donation knowledge situation and will of blood donation. Conclusion Understanding the impact of relevant factors on the second-time blood donation of the voluntary group blood donors and adopting corresponding interve-ning measures will have great benefits for recruiting and retaining the voluntary group blood donors.
