摘要
目的:了解2006-2008年11家血液中心及其87家中心血站的采供血情况,为进一步合作制定自愿无偿献血者招募及供血服务提供参考依据。方法:采用问卷调查形式收集血液采集,无偿献血和血液供应数据。比较分析逐年的采供血、无偿献血和成分用血情况。结果:血液中心和中心血站全血采集单位增长,无偿献血比例也逐年上升,固定无偿献血人次占总献血人次比例逐年增加,成分用血比例逐年增加。结论:研究结果对今后自愿无偿献血者的招募、采血计划的制定、血液使用具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。
Objective： To know the amount of collecting-supplying blood（CPB）,and provide the suggestions for the recruitment of voluntary blood donators without repayment and the service of blood providing.Methods： Questionnaire was used to collect the data about blood collecting,blood donators and blood providing.Results： From 2006 to 2008,the amount of blood collection increased 19.97% in blood centers and 42.56% in central blood stations.The ratio of blood donation without repayment increased to 99.62% in blood centers and 90.49% in central blood stations.The ratio of fixed blood donation volunteers reached 42% in blood centers and 29% in central blood stations.The ratio of ingredient blood was increased gradually.Conclusions： The results provide the fundamental data for policy decision of the recruitment of voluntary blood donators without repayment and the blood providing.
