摘要
某矿山要求水泥-粉煤灰-尾砂胶结充填体的抗压强度在2 0MPa以上,并降低充填料成本。据此,通过大量试验,得出了充填料的最优配比;应用线性回归求出最优配比的线性回归方程;并对最优配比充填体特性进行了分析研究。结果表明,最优配比的充填料不但能满足充填体的强度要求,而且具有泌水率低、密度小、料浆不易离析的优点。
A certain mine calls for a cement-flyash-tailing filling material with a compression strength of 2MPa and for a lower filling cost.According for this call,the cemented filling with the optimal proportion of raw materials is founded through a lot of tests.At the same time,the linear regression equation for the backfilling with optimal proportion is got with the method of linear regression.Also,the characteristics of the backfilling with the optimal proportion are studied.The results show that the cemented filling with the optimal proportion of raw materials not only meets the requirement of compression strength but also has the advantages of low water-decantation ratio,low density and non-separated filling slurry.
