新型斜齿圆柱测量齿轮螺旋面铣削刀具的廓形设计

摘要 以一种新型斜齿圆柱测量齿轮为研究对象,铣削传统测量齿轮轮齿对称中线一侧的半个轮齿,并提出一种铣削加工其螺旋面的盘形铣刀的廓形设计理论和方法。根据铣削过程中盘形铣刀与斜齿轮之间的运动关系,建立了螺旋面的端面截形线方程,以及螺旋面的数学模型,并求解出其特性方程。根据刀具和工件的接触条件,建立了接触线方程。 Took a new helical master gear as study object, milled semi-gear aside of symmetry center line of traditional measuring gear, and proposed the theory and method of the design on contour of disc cutter to mill the spiral curved. Ac- cording to the sports relations between disc cutter and helical gear during milling, established the equations of face truncate and solved the mathematical model of spiral curved surfaces, then worked out the characteristic equation. At last, according to the contact conditions between cutlery and workpiece, established the equations of contact line, which is the key point of the design on contour of disc cutter.
