摘要
针对国内硬齿面内齿轮普遍采用插(拉)齿后氮化处理而未磨齿的加工现状,研究了内齿轮成形磨削方法和砂轮修形技术。基于自主研制的数控内齿轮成形磨齿机,提出了一种使用砂轮的一个端面磨削轮齿两个齿面的加工方案。采用跳齿磨削法控制分齿精度。研制了一种成形砂轮修整装置,开发了成形砂轮修形程序。仿真结果验证了该程序的可行性。
Aiming at the machining status that internal gears with hard face were processed generally by nitriding after gear shaping or broaching, a form grinding method of internal gear and a dressing technology of form grinding wheel were studied. Based on the autonomous developed CNC internal gear form grinding machine, a grinding plan was proposed by which two flanks of a tooth could be ground by using one end of the grinding wheel. Jumping division was used to control the pitch error. A kind of form wheel dresser was developed, and form wheel dressing program was prepared. Simulation results show that the dressing program is feasible.
