摘要
利用Fluent 13,采用标准k–ε模型和QUICK三阶差值的SIMPLE算法对某600 MW机组的氨法脱硫喷淋塔烟气流场进行数值模拟。在不考虑喷淋液离散相对烟气的影响情况下,对比分析了不同的烟气入口角、塔径与烟气流动高度比、出口方式和流场优化环位置对烟气流场的影响。结果表明,烟气入口角的增大、径高比的减小、顶出口方式和优化环与喷淋液膜区距离的增大,都可以使烟气流场更加均匀。为氨法脱硫喷淋塔的设计和运行提供一定的指导作用。
Flow field in an ammonia desulphurization spray scrubber which to be part of some 600 MW unit has been simulated numerically by using the software of FLUENT 13 . To solve the governing equations for flow field,standard k-ε model and QUICK interpolation scheme are applied by SIMPLE algorithm. Without regard to the influence of spray liquid on flue gas,results are compared and analyzed at different entrance angles,tow-er diameter height ratio,the way of flue gas out and the position of optimize ring. Results show that the flow field is homogenized by the influence of the increase of entrance angle;the decrease of diameter height ratio;u-sing by top way flue gas out;more distance between optimize ring and spray liquid film zone separately. The numerical simulations provide the guidance for the design and operation in spray scrubber of ammonia flue gas desulphurization.
