摘要 以燃煤电厂实际运行的2×135MW机组脱硫系统的喷淋塔为研究对象,利用Fluent软件中的离散相模型,设计不同的运行参数和运行条件对塔内气液两相流场几百个喷嘴的喷淋进行尽可能真实的三维数值模拟,进而发现喷淋塔在主要工况条件下运行时,塔内气速分布不均,塔内气液比延径向中部大周围小的设计缺陷。模拟对喷淋塔的现场运行以及结构优化设计有一定的指导作用,节约时间,降低成本,给实际工程设计以参考借鉴。 This paper takes the spray tower of 2×135 MW units' desulphurization system which actually operates in a coalfired power plant as a studying object. Discrete phase model in fluent software is used to do three-dimensional numerical simulation for hundreds of spray nozzles of gas-fluid two-phase flow field under different operating parameters and conditions as real as possible. By doing this, we find that there are two design flaws when spray tower operates under main working conditions. One is uneven distribution of gas velocity in tower, another is that gasliquid in tower has a big central and a small round. The simulation plays a certain role in guiding the running of spray tower and the structural optimization design, it can also save time, reduce costs, and supply references for the actual project design.
