摘要
目的探讨小鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)在人急性脊髓损伤中的应用价值。方法选取急性脊髓损伤患者100例,按照随机分组的方法分为观察组(50例)与对照组(50例),分别给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠+小鼠神经生长因子,对比治疗前后2组的Frankel脊髓损伤分级、欧洲脑卒中评分(ESS)及日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分,针刺觉、触觉、运动检查评分以及并发症的发生情况。结果治疗后,2组在ESS评分、ADL评分以及针刺觉、触觉、运动评分上较治疗前均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组的升高水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在Frankel脊髓损伤分级恢复情况上明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但在并发症发生率上,2组无显著差异(26.00%vs22.00%),无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对急性脊髓损伤患者使用mNGF进行治疗,能显著改善患者神经功能恢复,减轻患者神经功能受损程度。
Objective To investigate the applications of mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF) in human acute spinal cord injury, Methods 100 patients with acute spinal cord injury were randomized into the observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) and were treated by methylprednlsolone sodium succinate, methylprednisolone sodium succinate and mouse nerve growth factor. The Frankel spinal cord injury, stroke rates in Europe (ESS) and activities of daily living (ADL) scores, pinprick, touch, movement inspection score and complications in the two groups were analyzed and compared before and after treatment, Results After treatment, the ESS score, ADL score and pinprick, touch, movement score were significantly higher than those before treatment (P〈0.05), and the observation group were higher than control group (P〈0.05)3 the Frankel classification of spinal cord injury recovery in observation group was better than control group (P〈0.05). There was no signif- icant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion mNGF treatment can signifi- cantly improve neurological recovery in patients with acute spinal cord injury, and reduce the degree of neurological dysfunc- tion.
