摘要
针对目前超声声场的一些测量方法存在的问题,设计加工了一种结构简单、操作方便、精确度较高的新型三坐标超声声场测量系统。利用该测量系统对声场分布进行测量,并将测量结果与有限元仿真分析对比,二者的符合程度较好,验证了该新型测量方法的可行性。
Aiming at some problems existing in the measurement of ultrasonic sound field, designing a kind of simple structure, convenient operation, high accuracy of the new three-dimensional ultrasonic sound field measurement system. The acoustic field distribution is measured using the measurement system, measurement and the result was compared with the finite element simulation analysis, the degree of correspondence, verify the feasibility of the new method of measurement.
